Before yesterday I do lipid profile test and my triglycerides is high and today I do full body test , in today test lipid profile is normal any problem to worry or not ?

Hello, I think the discrepancy in your blood reports may be due to the timing of the blood tests. Ideally lipid profile is done in a fasted state.
