Triglycerides 194 total cholesterol 172

Hello Dr, My brother 18 yrs old has total cholesterol as 172 but there is variation in other sub tests like triglycerides 194, hdl cholesterol 34,ldl cholesterol 109, tc/ hdl cholesterol ratio 5.1, trig/hdl ratio 5.79, hdl/ldl ratio 0.31 Please let us know if any medications required

If this is for the first time, no need to start medication First follow proper diet for. 1month , with less oily, less spicy food, less salt diet And after 1 month, repeat this on fasting, after that , can get the idea for medication Consult for that.
