I am 33 year old woman having hypothyroidism. Can I take trifala in the night ?? How much duration one can take trifala churna??

Triphala can be taken by anybody having constipation...it's a rasayan...but taking it for long duration leads to dryness in gut leading again to constipation! Consult first

Yes you can take trifala at night with honey and ghee unequal proportion. Duration - as you feel good you can stop or start as you require. Their is no limit in duration. It seen that you are case of hormonal imbalance Stress free lifestyle changes is important. You can add yoga ,pranayam, walking in lifestyle. For hypothyroidism you can add some ayurvedic treatment.

Yes for Hypothyroidism you may take with honey at bedtime or with enequal quantity of ghee & honey for 3 months then stop for 8 days then again you can start it for lifetime.
