Does sleep dose of trazodone has tolerance issues? Two weeks into taking 12.5 i am not able to sleep anymore. It worked for first 10 days but not working now

Yes you can develop tolerance to the sedative effect of trazodone over time but 2 weeks is a short time. Regardless, there are several other medications out there which can help with sleep and do not cause tolerance, please ask your psychiatrist to prescribe something else. It would also help to investigate the underlying cause of your insomnia, if that is fixed or treated you might not need sleep medication
