I've been having toothache problem since morning and I'm out of station I need some pain killer need help

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. if required, get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity, get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, get it treated. then get a crown placed over it.

Hello, For the time being you can take Divon-S,thrice daily for 3 days,after food as long as you are not allergic to any of its contents.See a dentist ASAP. Regards DR Sumanmakam
