Lower right Impacted wisdom tooth caused trauma along with caries to the second last tooth.

U need a root canal treatment for that tooth. That last tooth should be removed.. because that is the reason for decay

The second last molar of the right side has deep decay which has lead to infection and pain in the tooth. Thats because of the wisdom tooth next to it which is tilted and lead to the cavity in the second molar.     The second last molar will be needing a root canal treatment.

The caries has reached the pulp in the molar tooth u have complain.. so root canal treatment is needed .

The second last tooth on right side has decay and infection below the root. This happened because of the last tooth (wisdom tooth), which is not in an upright position. In fact there is decay in left side second tooth too. You need to undergo RCT of the right side tooth and extraction of the wisdom tooth. On the left side, a filling will probably suffice, along with extraction of the left lower wisdom tooth too.
