Toothache for 8 year old
My 8 year old child has severe toothache problem. Can someone prescribe an antibiotic and painkiller for temporary relief. We will be visiting the child dentist soon.

It is safe to prescribe the medications only after consulting a dentist. At present, salt warm water gargling to be done thrice a day to avoid further swelling. Preferred online consultation if your unable to visit dentist time being

Antibiotic may be avoided in case if there is no active infection.
The parent is adviced to consult the pediatric dentist as soon as possible for permanent relief.
