Toothache due to new tooth cuts inside

I can't explain technically but the new tooth on upper left side has arrived recently and now it is piercing inner gums and cheek. Can't open mouth fully. I think food is getting stuck there that's why it's paining.

hello, you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. pain could be due to erupting wisdom tooth. the best treatment for it is to get it removed.

Most likely it is your wisdom tooth and it is incorrectly positioned. Get yourself examined. In all probability you may need to have the tooth removed.
