Toothache and gums swellow
A new teeth is coming out but its not getting develop due to gums swelling... It's been long time since its happening... Always I use some pain relief medicine but it's just a temporary relax

hello,
you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy, but this will give only temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. it could be an erupting wisdom tooth. the best treatment for wisdom tooth is to get it removed.

You are suffering from a impacted teeth. The gum swelling over it is pericoronitis, which subsides on medication but recur on accumulation of food debris beneath it or by getting sandwiched between the problematic teeth & it's counter part
