Visit near by dentist to know the exact cause for ur long-term sensitivity. Toothpaste gives u temporary relief in this case .
Next Steps
avoid too hot n too cold foods...n sensitivity depends on many reasons like food habits ..many more . OPG is needed for further treatment and evaluation.

Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Avoid too hot or cold food items. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as/if required).

Hi .. sensitivity of teeth is due to many different reasons.  First the cause of sensitivity is detected and then treatment is planned accordingly. Using sensitivity  toothpaste is not the only solution.
