My son's upper front four teeth are damaged. An abscess has formed on top of the tooth and pus is also visible. What should be done for this? Please suggest thanks

Kindly mention the age of your son. I would to advise to take diagnostic xray. This will show the extent of the infection and helps us to decide if we can perform rct with periapical treatment to save the tooth or removal of the tooth.

Hello …. Kindly visit a dentist and get an X-ray done for that tooth and get it examined… That tooth will required a root canal treatment and followed by capping for the tooth to maintain the strength for that tooth . You need to start with an antibiotic (Augmentin625mg) course of 5 days (twice a day after food).. You can consult me and visit my clinic for treatment. Take care:)
