I have cap in place of teeth in lower right It is severely paining since 2days I consulted a doctor she tried to remove cap and clean the infection but the cap didn't come out due to swelling Please tell me something about this it's paining very very very badly

Yes..there is infection..the tooth can be treated but we may have to cut the crow n and take it off
