Sir...what to do now..xray is attached.. should i consult another doc..or is it irritation due to rct material which is causing ulcer like prob in inner part of lips n mouth..now taking becasoule cap. for it..

It need to find out the reason for rct,  it may be due to attrition that is because of trauma from occlusion, and the irregular enamel over the tooth may cause irritation to mucosa lead to ulceration.  Some times it needs slight enamiloplasty with polishing.  But better we can say by seeing clinically...
