I've been experiencing persistent tooth pain and sensitivity when eating or drinking hot or cold foods. Additionally, I've noticed some swelling and redness around my gums. Despite regular brushing and flossing, the discomfort persists. Could you please provide guidance on what might be causing these dental issues and recommend the next steps for diagnosis and treatment?

Tooth pain suggests cavity will be there and gum swelling can be because of spread of infection. Visit clinic and get an x ray first
