Tooth extraction

Second upper molar is not completely extracted.. Did an extraction surgery once but still there is 3/4th of the tooth under the gumline... whom should I consult.. a regular dentist or maxifacial surgeon??

How do you know 3/4th tooth is there.. Go for X ray..for confirmation Please get this extracted .both can remove BDS or Oral surgeon If they are skilled .. It's very important .
