Initially the top two center teeth were broken and changed 20 years ago. The other teeth beside these were decayed due to these replaced teeth.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it. if not, then you can go for veneers.

Sometimes as a patient we tend not to clean regularly around any new crowns thinking that they might come off and eventually the adjacent natural teeth gets decayed due to food lodgement and caries.cleaning around your new tooth is as much important as your natural teeth. Visit a dentist to decide the best treatment for you and do go for regular check up to a dentist so that these kind of teeth decay are diagnosed in the early stages.A regular check up saves a lot of money and time.

Hello mam, If the crown is not properly placed then there are chances that adjacent teeth get decayed. Would request you to visit a prosthodontist and get an Xray done to check if the old crowns are proper or not. Also these decayed teeth can be restored if the cavity is not very deep. Replacement will never create cavities . If you are having a prosthesis your oral hygiene practice should include twice brushing flossing and use of mouth wash . Please visit a dentist

Hello Mam, If you do not have a habit of flossing,then there are high chances of the adjacent proximal surfaces getting decayed.You can visit a cosmetic dentist and get these restored. Regards Dr Sumanmakam

Hello Sir The description about your case seems incomplete and usually replacement doesnot cause damage to the other teeth... I would suggest you to visit a dentist nearby for further evaluation and treatment.
