If the tooth gets break in the inner side of the jaw from the root side can be fixed out with any restoration

Hi The treatment depends on to know in which level of the root it gets break..... If it is in the apical third then you need to splint the teeth  and regular follow up.... If it is in the middle third and cervical third(near crown portion) then root canal treatment needs to be done... If the breakage is in crown portion of teeth also the treatment varies depends on the level of breakage Complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary for complete treatment plan
