Hello sir... pain in that region is due to so many causes... **pocket formation **deep cavities in 2nd and 3 rd molar **Erupting 3 rd molar... x-ray(IOPA and OPG) of that invoved region is necessary to rule out the cause... If it is due to deep cavities fillings or root canal treatment is necessary.... If it I due tp erupting 3 rd molar,you need to go for surgical removal followed by analgesics and antibiotics...
