Hello mam If you are having toothache that means the cavity has already reached to the nerve of the tooth or has pus at the end of the roots. As you are pregnant you may face gum problems in next few months which will cause more pain.Second trimester is the safe period to get the dental treatment done but ofcourse after your gynaecologist gives you a green flag.Get the proper treatment done as your gynaecologist advise. I would like to add one more thing here that if you have toothache you will avoid having proper food which will affect your and baby's health. You need proper nutrition in this phase.Take care .
Next Steps
Visit your gynaecologist first and let her know about your toothache then with her advise you can visit dentist nearby and get relief from your pain.

Avoid taking care of tooth pain through medicines. Take emergency treatment. Kerorolac is to be avoided in pregnancy however a single dose will not have any significant side effects

Hi Ankitha you can take a paracetamol tablet for pain, it is safe to use in pregnancy.
Next Steps
As you are having pain, if it is reduced by this tablet well and good but there are more likely chances for the pain to come again and again so visit a dentist nearby and do inform them about your condition. Dr will help you with that problem so that you will relax for the following months.

Better to use Tab Paracetamol 650 mg for pain in pregnancy.(If not allergic to Paracetamol) As you are in 2nd trimester of your pregnancy,  so dental treatment can be done(Do take consent from your Gynaecologist). Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).
