Hello, visit a dentist and get it checked, get an X-ray done. if the tooth can be saved, you can go for post and core and then get a crown placed over it. if not then go for extraction, missing tooth can be replaced later with fixed prosthesis or implant.

Sir,it's a good idea to get an x ray done of the tooth before taking a decision to remove the tooth.of course a root canal treated tooth can be removed,but with some difficulty as the tooth will be brittle,and so could crumble during the extraction.

An x Ray should be done to know if the infection has sirens beyond the root apex into the bone or if a periapical infection has firmed or there is a cracked tooth or so on consult your dentist fir best treatment
