Had a root canal on my front lower teeth last September. Since two days i have been experiencing unbearable pain in the same teeth. What could be the cause and solution? Is a second root canal on the same tooth possible??

First of all u haven't mentioned at ur age why was ur root canal done in ur lower front teeth.... was it due to trauma or was it that ur tooth was decayed..... or r ur teeth crowded ..... it can b possible that it's adjacent teeth which is paining nd u feeling the pain in d same tooth which was treated earlier.... so in such cases better u get an x ray done nd den rule out the possibility.... most of the times it's some other teeth nd the pain radiates nd I can't make out exactly which tooth is paining .... so visit a dentist nd get an x ray done
