Too much gas

I had biryani on Friday and after that i got too much gas and puked that night , now m sometimes m having blood in stool (very less not excess) plus my stomach is always gassy , symptoms have reduced but still its there . i have dybosis (destroyed gut bacteria in my gut) so hard antibiotics like metro cannot be taken (if someone can help me with probiotics along with metro to be supported)

As symptoms already started subsiding, you can just take probiotics and wait.  Major reason for gastroenteritis is viral infection, not bacterial. Simple gastroenteritis don't mandate high antibiotics like metronidazole. Simpler antibiotics can be prescribed based on your symptoms.

Your Gastroenteritis might be due to virus . You don’t need antibiotics for every episode of diarrhea. Stay hydrated, take lots of fluids,curd and probiotics.
