Hello! Anger is a normal response in certain situations, to vent out pent up frustration. However, at times this can become a problem for you and others as well. There can be many reasons why anger can occur, it may happen in extreme stress, depression, etc. You will need to consult with a psychiatrist who can advise you on therapy. Mainstay of the treatment would be some form of therapy like BT, at times drugs are prescribed of any underlying pathology like depression is found, or in the early stages of therapy to make things easier for the patient. Hope this helps you and your family.
