I donot smoke or chew anything ,there is little bit whitish how to get this removed pic attached, it's been few months like this

Hello ,pic is not that clear ,kindly upload a complete pick of ur tongue and one pick of d lesion. Also tell me wheter u have sharp teeth ?? Do u have any burning sensation ?? All this u can upload on my personal chat with all d details . I'm an Oral Medicine and Radiologist and treat such lesions of oral cavity . So that I can guide u further

In the image that you have attached it appears to be Keratosis ie the whitening of the top layer of tongue due to friction . If there are no symptoms ie burning sensation in that area then nothing to worry about . If any symptoms are present then kindly get a clinical evaluation done .
