I donot smoke or chew anything ,there is little bit whitish how to get this removed pic attached, it's been few months like this

Dear Practo User In the image that you have attached it appears to be Keratosis ie the whitening of the top layer of tongue due to friction . If there are no symptoms ie burning sensation in that area then nothing to worry about . If any symptoms are present then kindly get a clinical evaluation done .
