Many people have that due to hormonal fluctuations. Can be initial part of IBS also. The most important part id its almost normal if you don't have any other serious symptoms like weight loss, fever, blood in stool. NB. Relax-meditate as this might significantly reduce your symptoms.
Next Steps
1. Consume less fruits at that time. 2. Eat more veggies and other food as you used to consume. 3. Don't stress over that. 4. Eat small meals multiple times a day. 5. If too problematic take Cap Pantocid DSR 1 cap before breakfast daily for 3-5 days during the bloating season.
Health Tips
Feel feee to consult me or any physician/gynaecologist.

Cyclical bloating with fatigue and meal-related weakness could point to hormonal changes, mild anemia, or blood sugar dips - a generic diet plan won't fix the cause. Get a CBC and fasting sugar checked; eat smaller frequent meals meanwhile. Book a private consult so I can design a personalized plan after reviewing your reports.

Hello. Bloating around periods is common due to hormonal changes but feeling tired and weak most of the time is not normal and should be evaluated. For now: * Do not skip meals. Eat 3 balanced meals with 1–2 healthy snacks. * Include protein (dal, eggs, paneer, sprouts, curd), whole grains, fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. * Drink 2–3 litres of water daily. * Reduce packaged foods, excess salt, carbonated drinks and very spicy foods, especially during your periods. * Light walking or regular exercise can also help reduce bloating.
Next Steps
I would also recommend checking CBC, serum ferritin (iron stores), Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and thyroid profile as deficiencies or thyroid disorders can cause persistent fatigue and weakness.
Health Tips
If the bloating is severe, associated with significant menstrual pain, irregular periods or bowel symptoms, please consult a physician/gynecologist for further evaluation.
