If it is paining or troubling you it has to be treated and it is curable and please dont worry. If TMJ slips, your mouth will be open wide and unable to close. It is curable 100%. It just takes 5 to 10 minutes to put back the slipped jaw into its space. You need to seek a dentist immediately if it happens.

This doesn't have anything to do with your wisdom teeth, however, your TMJ space seems reduced as per the x ray. It's better to seek an early preventive treatment for it before it worsens.

wisdom tooth doesnt make noise as such its the Joint that is the disc in TMJ thats making the noise while opening and closing the joint.Its better to get a Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon opinion asap
