Time for filling gap

I had mesioden in the centre of my front teeth . I have extracted it and there remains a gap about 6 mm  of mesioden tooth. So how much time will it take to fill that gap. Braces type : Damon bracket

Time duration will be 6 months minimum which can extend upto 3 years to reduce the gap..Visit the dentist to get it checked accurately so that he/ she can advise you if retainer is required for further..

It takes proper 6-8 months to cover the gap and then more time for keeping it in place means retaining the teeth at same position. Also you may require permanent retention line
