Swelling after surgery for fracture takes time to settle. Skin blackening may need some inspection. Weight bearing should not be done unless advised by operating surgeon. Please post pics of X-rays and skin condition for further advise.

Please check with your Surgeon. He will be the best person to advise you because these skin problems in the leg should not be taken lightly or wait for messaging advice . Since your Surgeon has seen the skin since the beginning he will be able to suggest you whether this will heal on its own or needs doing skin grafting
