Thyroid TSH 4.31 & T4 is 8.57

Hi I got thyroid during pregnancy and I stopped it for few months now as I got very low number last time. I have tested it today and found T4 IS 8.57 & TSH is 4.31 which crossed. Do I need to take any tablet if yes which mg ?
