If she is a confirmed case of Hyperthyroidism then there are three options available to her 1. We have to start Neomercazole tab in graduated dose 2. Radio iodine ablation therapy 3. Hemi thyroidectomy ( surgical removal of some portion of thyroid depending upon size of goitre ( Nodule)
