I had dental work done recently. I had to have a tooth extracted and a bone graft done. My tounge and throat have started having this tingling sensation that isn’t going away.

Tingling sensation is usually felt by few patients. That may be due to the anesthesia. The condition will be alright within few days.

Please specify the dental treatment that was done and the duration after dental treatment. Also if any complications during the treatment. There might be some neurological disturbance due to the surgical procedure undertaken which might resolve over a period of time.
Next Steps
Consult your doc/ surgeon if this tingling sensation persists.

This may be due to anaesthesia. Give it few days, it will settle down. If problem persists, some medicines may be prescribed
