She is negative

Pustule or abscess or inflammation..zytegel will serv the purpose..or swab test..shud be done..bld culture..diphtheria or mucositis it may be..lichen planus or leukoplakia or peritonsilar abscess it may be... antibiotics and chlorhexidine mouth wash will serv the purpose..photo shows peritonsilar abscess..

Based on the history you have shared, there is NO HIV risk in your case.
Reasons:
HIV does NOT cause isolated white dots in throat.
HIV does not present like this at 55–69 days.
The white dots disappeared within 1 day after salt water gargles, which strongly suggests:
minor throat infection
tonsillar debris
local inflammation
allergy or irritation
HIV-related lesions do not disappear in one day.
You had mostly protected vaginal sex.
Condom break for a few minutes carries very negligible risk, especially when:
Your partner tested HIV negative at 54 days by lab-based rapid card (1 & 2) — this is a reliable test.
