I am 22 years 6months If in this age I can grow height My height was 5.8 I want to grow 5.10 or 5.11 So please help me to increase my height

Growing age is sadly over for you. Focus on staying healthy. Increasing height by 2 or 3 inches are not going to make much of a difference in quality of life.

At 22, you cannot grow anymore. Even if you take any hormones, you won't see any change. The only way you can grow a few inches taller is by undergoing a surgery. Surgery usually take a long time to recover so you need to discuss pros and cons of the surgery before undergoing the surgery.
