Hello Ma’am, an endometrial thickness of 5.2 mm on the day of follicle rupture is considered thin, and the ideal lining for implantation is usually 7–9 mm. After ovulation, the lining can increase slightly due to progesterone, but it rarely grows from 5.2 mm to 7 mm naturally in the same cycle. Foods or home remedies do not significantly increase endometrial thickness.
Medicines like estradiol, progesterone support, or
vitamin E/arginine are usually required in future cycles to improve ET. Implantation with 5.2 mm is still possible, but the chances are lower than usual.
