Thigh and leg pain after covid

Hi Its been a month since I had covid, leg pain keeps coming back if i exert myself. Its regular work and home chores only not much. But still back of the thighs and bottom part of the leg pains when I do that. I have been taking dolo and then it reduces. My other lab reports are normal. Is there any specific test to be done?

You tend to have severe muscle weakness after covid ...so the pain increases on exertion.
Next Steps
Have high protein diet like egg whites nd chicken soup on daily basis Multivitamins Do not exert much

start stretching exercises ...it will help in muscle pain.. Avoid prolonged consumption of pain killers without doctor's  supervision
