Hi, On mouth opening, if slight bulging observed near the temples and No associated pain or discomfort. Likely due to normal muscle movement or mild temporalis hypertrophy. Advised observation. TMJ evaluation and opg may be considered if symptoms like pain, restricted mouth opening, or joint sounds develop in future.
