The symptoms suggest you could have developed a fracture in that tooth and an infection is developing as there is a gum swelling.There is no home remedy .You need to visit the dentist as early as possible.Dentist wil evaluate the tooth clinically and radiographically. If the fracture is only of the crown then a RCT can be done to save it but if the vertical fracture of the whole tooth has happened then an extraction is required to be done.
