You need see a endodontist... After that doc will confirm with an x-ray... The treatment will be done under cover of antibiotics

hello, visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity get it filled. if there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

Hi,Taking only medicines will not help.There may be deep cavity in tooth for which xray has to be taken & root canal may be required.Also take antibiotics & painkillers which will relieve pain.
