Dear Practo User, A bridge or implant followed by crown is highly recommended for you. A missing tooth affects the harmony of adjacent teeth as well as teeth present in opposite arch. Kindly visit your dentist for opinion. Regards Dr Ankit Jain Arham Dental Care

Yes of course you require a replacement for security of adjacent and opposite tooth as well as of bony ridge below the missing teeth. Not replacing a missing tooth causes malalignment of teeth, decay and loss of nearby teeth.

Dont leave the space empty as the upper and the adjacent teeth try to close that gap naturally. Doing so they loose their original position and cause malocclusion i.e. the way you bite alters affecting your entire dentition.

Hi.. Dont leave the place empty or else the teeth adjusting will tilt in the empty place and loose their bone support plus for longer time you will use only opposite side to chew which is not advisable. Zirconia bridge or implant with Zirconia abutment is choice of treatment. Thank you

Yes definitely you need a new artificial crown over there to avoid further damage to that area which includes adjacent tooth drifting, bone loss and many more, so go for either bridge or implant, implants are best option in 7 region, and it will work long long years if placed properly, so visit your dentist and get it placed soon.

If you can better to go for implants for your age.its the most conservative as no need to compromise the adjusent teeth

Yes one has to fill the gap created after removal of the tooth as that might lead to occlusion(chewing) problems later also damaging the adjacent teeth in future. There are various options available for treatment: 1. Removable Partial Denture 2. Fixed- Crowns/Bridge 3. Dental Implants. Depending on ones need and demand we can progress ahead.
