My teeths are in extreme disordered condition and I want to get them in order. Please suggest is it the best option at this age.

You can't definitely go fo for braces. Adult orthodontics has advanced so much that patients much older in their 50s and 60s are getting treated. If you are bothered about options, do ask your orthodontist for options

Braces are also tooth colored (ceramic) as well as invisible( lingual) , so you can easily opt for these in this age. Also, more esthetic option is Aligners , that are transparent removable tray which are good to go at a professional platform.
