Taking too many tablets

My father has diabetes. He is taking so many tablets at once. So will the tablets work individually if taken at once, or their chemical reactions changes and it does not work properly? Is it safe to take so many tablets at once? Or the tablets should have a minimum te gap to consume it

Definitely taking so many tablets is not good but streamlining the prescription and necessary tablets need present sugar levels and what is present prescription..Some tablets work with food and some on empty stomach... Its always good to have some gap in multiple tablets.. Need your prescription.. Consult good endocrinologist!!
