Hi
When you feel low, dull, and restless throughout the day, and only slightly better at night, it’s often your mind’s way of showing that it’s overloaded or under-stimulated. This can happen due to chronic stress, burnout, depression, or irregular routines—especially if your sleep cycle, eating pattern, or emotional needs are imbalanced. The lack of patience and low energy could also mean that your mind is craving change but doesn’t know how to initiate it. It’s not your fault—you’re just stuck in a loop where the body is tired, and the mind is heavy.
To escape this phase, start very small. Set just one goal each morning—even if it’s brushing your hair, going out in the sun for 10 minutes, or doing 3 deep breaths. Our nervous system needs structure and reward to recover. Also, observe what changes at night—why do you feel slightly better then? Is it quieter, less demanding? Use that insight to slowly shift your daytime rhythm. Therapy can help you explore and restructure these patterns.
