Your age is 22.. There's no chance it will erupt further. And in all likelihood, your upper wisdom tooth might be pressing on the flap of lower wisdom tooth. In my clinical experience as an oral surgeon, the symptoms you are giving are of upper tooth crushing the flap over lower tooth. Get an xray done. If the lower third molar is partially visible and partially covered, get an operculectomy done if it's vertical.. Get it extracted if rotated in any other position. Hello dear, Kindly visit a dentist ASAP. Best dentist for this job is a periodontist or an oral surgeon. He needs to prescribe u a gel for immediate relief. Followed by X-ray's and thorough examination. You may have to get the wisdom teeth extracted of they r not erupting properly.
