Swollen and cut in gums

I am facing this problem from 7 to 8 mnths... One side of my gums over last tooth has been swollen and it is paining...I am not able to understand what it is and how will it be cured. PS : Both side image are attached for comparison...right side is ok and problm is on left side.

Hi Just get ur upper and lower wisdom teeth removed And if u are as smoker best to quit now Condition resolves quickly after the teeth are removed Be safe

Sir this problem is due to chronic cheek bite by ur wisdom teeth... Permanent solution is extraction of ur lower wisdom tooth... But u r not ready for it u may get ur upper n lower teeth grinded within limits... It will also give u some relief...

Dologel CT, use clean mouth and finger/fresh ear bud for applying  the gel, keep applied on extracted teeth gum area for 3 mins, not to swallow the saliva, rinse mouth thoroughly after 3 minutes. Not to eat anything for next 20 minutes.

For now u can get enameloplasty both upper and lower teeth ,still if condition persits then removal is the only option
