Swelling under right armpit

Hello doctor., I have a slight swelling under right armpit since 4 days with no cysts. It causes pain that comes and goes. Please help with the solution. Currently I don't have any other issues or ongoing treatment. But had an abortion in the second trimester before 5 months. Am attaching the picture please help me. Should I go see a doctor immediately or it's normal
