Swelling on right side of the cheeck
I have swelling near right side cheek and severe pain same area i have been taking antibiotics but no change seen. Please suggest
Swelling on one side of the cheek with severe pain is most commonly due to a dental infection (tooth abscess, gum infection, or wisdom tooth issue). Antibiotics alone may not help unless the source of infection is treated.

Plz do xray of tooth
If infection is minimum rct will be performed and toothbwill be saved
If xrays shows lot of infection and the survial of tooth is not possible so altimate option is to do extarction followed by prosthesis
