Swelling and cavity in right side of upper face kindly advise what needs to be done and kindly advise any good dentist in Vikas Puri

Hi sir....        The swelling is due to deep cavity that reaches the nerve layer (pulp layer)       First and foremost is to take an x-ray (IPOA)to rule out the exact cause      If tha cavity reaches the nerve layer then Root Canal treatment should be done

Swelling might be due the deep cavity which has already involved the nerve..
Next Steps
Visit nearby pediatric dentist who will take a x ray for that tooth. If it's a milk tooth without much resorption of roots and if it's restorable root can treatment followed by crown is advisable otherwise extraction and space maintainer if required..
