From few days my cousin sister's body is swelling and shrinking constantly and also it is itching when it swells. What can be the reason behind this and what should I do ?

What is the age of your cousin ? She should consult with a General Physician in your area so that she can be physically examined. This alternate swelling and shrinking of the body is not understood.
