Swelling and pain on knee

I have swelling and pain around my knee since almost a month.initially I thought it could be tiredness but it's not going off what should I do?

• Avoid sitting Cross legged. • Avoid Squatting- • Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Proper evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon is required along with x-rays of your knee. Start with tab zerodol sp twice a day for 1 week, knee cap, ice packs.

Physiotherapy wil b helped u to fix the pain. Apply moist heat hot pack. Exercise

Consult Orthopaedic Doctor. It could be early arthritis. Do quads exercises. You need further assessment.
