Good afternoon doctors, Is it safe to take Omega-3 fish oil everyday? Also, please suggest any multi- vitamins that we can intake everyday and not have side effects. No synthetic or artificial suppliments. Just natural supplements that fulfills vitamin and mineral deficiency?? Thank you!
